The budget will be adapted with the addition of new Members, based on the principle that integration of a new Member results in an increase in the total budget of the core team equivalent to 50 % of the expected core contribution of the new Member. The remaining 50 % are used to decrease the contribution of the Members, proportionate to their core contribution.
