Division 5 The Committee shall develop, as appropriate, recommendations relating to:

  1. (a)

    potential harmonisation of statistical reporting with the aim of including government procurement statistics in the annual reporting of the WTO;

  2. (b)

    the Secretariat’s provision of technical assistance relating to statistical reporting to WTO Members that are in the process of acceding to the Agreement; and

  3. (c)

    means of ensuring that WTO Members that are acceding to the Agreement have the appropriate means for complying with statistical data collection and reporting requirements.
