  "text": "The utmost attention should also be paid by the implementing agency to ATT-relevant activities carried out under the UN programme of action to prevent, combat and eradicate the illicit trade in small arms and light weapons in all its aspects and its Implementation Support System (PoA-ISS), UNSCR 1540(2004) and the UN Trust Facility supporting Cooperation on Arms Regulation (UNSCAR). The implementing agency should liaise as appropriate with these assistance providers in order to avoid duplication of effort and ensure maximum consistency and complementarity.",
