# Council Decision of 12 February 2013 on the conclusion on behalf of the European Union of the Nagoya-Kuala Lumpur Supplementary Protocol on Liability and Redress to the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety (Text with EEA relevance) (2013/86/EU), Article 7: Time limits


Parties may provide, in their domestic law, for:
(a) Relative and/or absolute time limits including for actions related to response measures; and
(b) The commencement of the period to which a time limit applies.
