# Council Decision of 12 February 2013 on the conclusion on behalf of the European Union of the Nagoya-Kuala Lumpur Supplementary Protocol on Liability and Redress to the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety (Text with EEA relevance) (2013/86/EU), Article 9: Right of recourse


This Supplementary Protocol shall not limit or restrict any right of recourse or indemnity that an operator may have against any other person.
