Article 10 Observers and external experts

The Commission services shall invite EEA/EFTA countries to submit proposals for scientists to attend meetings as observers.

When appropriate, the Commission services may invite scientific experts from outside the Committee with specific competence in a subject on the agenda to participate in the work of the Committee or in a working group on an ad hoc basis.
