The rules on nationality and origin for public procurement, grant and other award procedures defined in Articles 8 and 9 of Regulation (EU) No 236/2014, applicable to the Development Cooperation Instrument, as established by Regulation (EU) No 233/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, shall apply.
