  "text": "1. Within the framework of the sector policies established by the Government of Greenland, Union financial assistance may be given to the following activities:\n(a) reforms and projects that are in line with the PDSD;\n(b) institutional development, capacity building and integration of environmental and climate change aspects; and\n(c) technical cooperation programmes.\n2. Union financial assistance shall be provided mainly through budget support.",
