  "text": "Council Decision 2014/213/CFSP\nof 14 April 2014\namending Decision 2010/638/CFSP concerning restrictive measures against the Republic of Guinea\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 25 October 2010, the Council adopted Decision 2010/638/CFSP concerning restrictive measures against the Republic of Guinea.\n(2)\nIn view of the developments in the Republic of Guinea, the arms embargo and the embargo on equipment which might be used for internal repression should be lifted.\n(3)\nDecision 2010/638/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
