# Council Decision of 14 March 2014 on the signing, on behalf of the European Union and its Member States, and provisional application of the Additional Protocol to the Free Trade Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Korea, of the other part, to take account of the accession of Croatia to the European Union (2014/257/EU), Article 3

The Additional Protocol shall be applied on a provisional basis with effect from 1 July 2013, in accordance with Article 9(2) and (3) thereof, pending the completion of the procedures for its conclusion.
