The Annex shall be updated by the Euro-Argo ERIC Programme Manager after revocation or withdrawal of membership or observership or after admission of Members or Observers by the Council. No changes in the list of Members and Observers of Euro-Argo ERIC shall require formal amendment of the Statutes.
