Division Article 14 Governance

The governance structure of Euro-Argo ERIC shall comprise the following bodies, having the powers as set out in points (a)-(d):

1. (a)

   the Council as the body having ultimate decision-making authority;

2. (b)

   the Management Board to supervise the operation of Euro-Argo ERIC and to ensure that it operates and evolves in accordance with the strategic direction set by the Council, and the requirements set forth by the research and operational communities;

3. (c)

   the Programme Manager appointed by the Council, as the executive officer and legal representative of Euro-Argo ERIC; and

4. (d)

   the Scientific and Technical Advisory Group (STAG) to give advice to the Council on scientific and technical matters.
