Euro-Argo ERIC and the Member States concerned shall inform the European Commission of any circumstances which threaten to seriously jeopardise the achievement of the task of Euro-Argo ERIC or to hinder Euro-Argo ERIC from fulfilling the requirements laid down in the Regulation.
