# Commission Implementing Decision of 5 May 2014 on setting up Euro-Argo Research Infrastructure as a European Research Infrastructure Consortium (Euro-Argo ERIC) (2014/261/EU), Division 3

Euro-Argo ERIC grants to the Members a perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free and fully paid-up worldwide right and licence to use, publish, develop, copy or adapt any Intellectual Property Rights owned by Euro-Argo ERIC for any purpose for the full duration of such rights, such right and licence to include the right to sub-licence or otherwise transfer any and all of the aforesaid rights to any third party.
