Save as set out in any other Articles of the Statutes, in the event of a dispute or difference between the Members arising out of or in connection with the Statutes, including the operation or performance of Euro-Argo ERIC or the performance by the Members of their obligations under the Statutes, the Council shall meet as soon as reasonably practicable to consult in good faith and seek to settle the dispute.
