# Council Decision 2014/265/CFSP of 12 May 2014 amending Decision 2014/145/CFSP concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, Article 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The Annex to Decision 2014/145/CFSP is amended as follows:
(a) the heading ‘ Persons ’ is inserted after the existing heading ‘ List of persons, entities and bodies referred to in Articles 1 and 2 ’ ;
(b) after the existing list of persons, the heading of a new Section entitled ‘ Entities ’ is inserted;
(c) the persons and entities listed in the Annex to this Decision shall be added to the relevant Section of the Annex to Decision 2014/145/CFSP.
