  "text": "The consent form shall describe the legal basis and lawfulness of processing, concept and purpose of the European Reference Networks (ERNs) established by Directive 2011/24/EU on the application of patients' rights in cross-border healthcare. It shall inform about the specific processing operations and the respective rights of the data subject in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. It shall explain that Networks are constituted of Members that are highly specialised healthcare providers, with the purpose to allow healthcare professionals to work together to support patients with rare or low prevalence complex diseases or conditions that need highly specialised healthcare.",
