  "text": "These cells of the template are for reporting changes in outstanding amounts (reductions (–) and increases (+)) occurring during the reporting period which are not related to net lending. Such changes arise from operations such as loan securitisations and other loan transfers during the reporting period, and from other adjustments related to revaluations owing to changes in exchange rates, loan write-offs/write-downs and reclassifications. The data in these cells are automatically calculated on the basis of the figures reported under the sub-items, namely ‘Loan sales and purchases and other loan transfers during the reporting period’ (3.1) plus ‘Other adjustments’ (3.2).",
