  "text": "Austria commits that HGAA will conduct the business of the operational entities with the objective of restoring and maintaining their long-term profitability in accordance with the provisions of the restructuring plan and its annexes (including this list of commitments). This commitment does not stand in the way of the restructuring of the operational entities and/or the transfer of individual assets or portfolios to the wind-down part, provided this is necessary to restore, maintain or optimise the prospects of reprivatisation.",
