  "text": "After receiving a sufficiently documented alternative proposal from HGAA, the Trustee will examine as rapidly as possible, in consultation with the Commission, whether the alternative proposal is appropriate, having regard to the final approval and the specific HGAA legal obligation in question. If the proposal is suitable, the Commission services will take the further necessary steps in accordance with the relevant procedures.",
