  "text": "In response to a sufficiently documented application by Austria, the Commission may, in consultation with the Trustee, grant an extension to the deadlines laid down in the commitments, provided that a certain result is promised within that deadline, or lift, change or replace one of more of the duties and conditions in these commitments.",
