Division (1) The Commission shall be authorised to negotiate with the Union of the Comoros and, where appropriate and, subject to complying with paragraph 3 of this Annex, agree on modifications to the Protocol in respect of the following issues:

  1. (a)

    review of fishing opportunities in accordance with Article 5(1) of the Protocol;

  2. (b)

    decision on the modalities of the sectoral support in accordance with Article 3 of the Protocol;

  3. (c)

    implementation of the Protocol and the Annexes thereto in accordance with Article 5(3) of the Protocol.
