Article 20 Technology Transfer and Relationship with Industry

CERIC-ERIC, as a distributed facility, shall act as a focal point for European industry by:

1. (a)

   providing R&D outreach and collaboration with industry, e.g. joint developments, prequalification through prototyping;

2. (b)

   enhancing the economic effect of individual Members or Representing Entities by building synergies and commonalities in the knowledge and technology transfer;

3. (c)

   underlining industry's involvement and opportunities;

4. (d)

   stimulating and supporting spin-off industries from Research.
