  "text": "If a Member fails to fulfil its main obligations under the Statutes, it shall cease to be a member of CERIC-ERIC after a decision of the General Assembly taken by a qualified majority of two thirds of Members having voting rights. The defaulting Member shall have no voting rights in the defaulting decision.",
