Article 26 Conditions for Dissolution

CERIC-ERIC shall be dissolved as a result of:
- (a)
withdrawal of one or more Members by effect of which the requirements of the Regulation can no longer be met;
- (b)
the impossibility of achieving the objectives of CERIC-ERIC;
- (c)
a mutual agreement of the Members.
