  "text": "DRAFT\nDECISION No 3/2014 OF THE EU-CENTRAL AMERICA ASSOCIATION COUNCIL\nof … 2014\nadopting the List of Panellists\nTHE EU-CENTRAL AMERICA ASSOCIATION COUNCIL,\nHaving regard to the Agreement establishing an Association between the European Union and its Member States, on the one hand, and Central America, on the other, (‘the Agreement’) and in particular Article 6 and Article 325 thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nPursuant to Article 6(1), the Association Council has the power to take decisions in the cases provided for in the Agreement.\n(2)\nPursuant to Article 325(1), the Association Council shall establish a list of thirty six individuals who are willing and able to serve as panellists in the meaning of Title X of the Agreement on dispute settlement,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:\nDone at …,\nFor the Association Council,\nFor the Republics of the CA Party\nFor the EU Party",
