Article 6 Consultative Committee

A Consultative Committee shall be set up, chaired by the Director of SATCEN, or his or her representative, and composed of representatives of the members of the Board and representatives of third States having accepted the provisions set out in this Annex. The Consultative Committee may meet in different compositions.

The Consultative Committee shall address matters of common interest falling within the scope of the provisions set out in this Annex.

The Consultative Committee shall be convened by the Chairman at his or her initiative or at the request of at least one third of its members.
