# Council Decision 2014/401/CFSP of 26 June 2014 on the European Union Satellite Centre and repealing Joint Action 2001/555/CFSP on the establishment of a European Union Satellite Centre, Article 16: Access to documents

Upon a proposal by the Director, the Board shall adopt rules on public access to the documents of SATCEN, taking into account the principles and limits laid down in Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
