# Council Decision 2014/401/CFSP of 26 June 2014 on the European Union Satellite Centre and repealing Joint Action 2001/555/CFSP on the establishment of a European Union Satellite Centre, Article 22: Reporting

By 31 July 2019, the HR shall present a report to the Council on the functioning of SATCEN accompanied, if necessary, by appropriate recommendations with a view to its further development.
