  "text": "Council Implementing Decision 2014/41/CFSP\nof 28 January 2014\nimplementing Decision 2011/137/CFSP concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Libya\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union and in particular Article 31(2) thereof,\nHaving regard to Council Decision 2011/137/CFSP of 28 February 2011 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Libya, and in particular Article 8(2) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 28 February 2011, the Council adopted Decision 2011/137/CFSP.\n(2)\nOne entity should be removed from the list of persons and entities subject to restrictive measures set out in Annex IV to Decision 2011/137/CFSP.\n(3)\nDecision 2011/137/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
