  "text": "The Annex to Implementing Decision 2014/178/EU is amended as follows:\n(1) In Part I, the following point is added:\n‘3.\nLatvia\nThe following areas in Latvia:\nIn the novads of Rēzeknes the pagasti of Stoļerovas, Griškānu, Čornajas, Lūznavas, Maltas, Feimaņu, Silmalas and Ozolaines.\nIn the novads of Riebiņi the pagasti of Riebiņu, Rušonas and Silajāņu.\nIn the novads of Preiļi the pagasti of Pelēču, Preiļu and Aizkalnes.\nIn the novads of Ludza the pagasti of Cirmas, Pureņu, Ņukšu, Isnaudas, Pildas, Nirzas and Briģu.\nIn the novads of Zilupe the pagasti of Lauderu and Zaļesjes.\nIn the novads of Daugavpils the pagasti of Dubnas, Višķu, Ambeļu, Biķernieku, Naujenes, Salienas, Vecsalienas, Skrudalienas, Demenes, Laucesas, Tabores and Maļinovas.\nThe whole of the novads of Ciblas.’\n(2) In Part II, the following point is added:\n‘3.\nLatvia\nThe following areas in Latvia:\nIn the novads of Rēzeknes the pagasti of Pušas, Mākoņkalna and Kaunatas.\nThe whole of the novads of Dagdas.\nIn the novads of Aglonas the pagasti of Šķeltovas, Grāveru and Kastuļinas.\nThe whole of the novads of Krāslavas.\nIn the novads of Ludza the pagasti of Rundēnu and Istras.\nIn the novads of Zilupe the pagasts of Pasienas.’",
