  "text": "By 30 June 2019 , the Commission shall submit to the European Parliament and to the Council a report evaluating the application of this Decision and providing input for a possible new decision on the coverage of the EIB financing operations within the EIB External Lending Mandate by the EU guarantee.\nBy 31 December 2021 , the Commission shall present to the European Parliament and to the Council a report on the application of this Decision.",
