  "text": "The EIB may finance projects that were approved after 12 October 2016 and before 8 April 2018 and the conclusion of a guarantee agreement between the Commission and the EIB. Such projects may be covered by the EU guarantee, subject to confirmation by the Commission that they are in line with the objective defined in point (d) of Article 3(1) and respect the terms of the guarantee agreement.",
