# Council Decision of 14 July 2014 on the position to be taken on behalf of the European Union with regard to the participation in the CARIFORUM-EU Consultative Committee provided for by the Economic Partnership Agreement between the CARIFORUM States, of the one part, and the European Community and its Member States, of the other part (2014/481/EU), Article 4


Any organization fulfilling the requirements of paragraph 1 of Article 232 of the Agreement may attend meetings of the Committee as an observer.
