# Commission Implementing Decision of 23 July 2014 as regards measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Union of Xylella fastidiosa (Well and Raju) (notified under document C(2014) 5082) (2014/497/EU) (repealed), Division 2: The phytosanitary certificate shall include under the rubric ‘Additional Declaration’ the statement that the plants have been grown throughout their life in a site of production which is registered and supervised by the national plant protection organisation in the country of origin, and situated in a pest-free area established by that organisation in accordance with relevant International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures.
