Article 20 Virtual Competency Centres Chair

Only Partner Institutions from Members may chair a VCC.

Any Partner Institution, in accordance with Article 20(1), wishing to chair a VCC shall apply to the Board of Directors. The application shall include the name(s) of the VCC Head(s).

After consultation with the Senior Management Team, the Board of Directors shall appoint one or more Partner Institution(s) as Chair of the VCC, and shall appoint the associated VCC Head(s).

Partner Institution(s) appointed by the Board of Directors as Chair of a VCC shall be bound by the provisions of the Internal Rules of Procedure.
