  "text": "1. Intellectual Property shall be governed by the national legislation of the Members or Observers and by international agreements to which Members or Observers are parties.\n2. Generally open source and open access principles shall be favoured.\n3. A DARIAH Data policy shall be developed and shall be approved by the General Assembly.\n4. Use and collection of DARIAH ERIC data shall be subject to European and national laws of data privacy.",
