  "text": "Commission Implementing Decision\nof 6 August 2014\nsetting up the Digital Research Infrastructure for the Arts and Humanities as a European Research Infrastructure Consortium (DARIAH ERIC)\n(2014/526/EU)\nTHE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 723/2009 of 25 June 2009 on the Community legal framework for a European Research Infrastructure Consortium (ERIC), and in particular point (a) of Article 6(1) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nAustria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Serbia and Slovenia requested the Commission to set up the Digital Research Infrastructure for the Arts and Humanities Research Infrastructure as a European Research Infrastructure Consortium (hereinafter ‘DARIAH ERIC’).\n(2)\nFrance has been chosen by Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Serbia and Slovenia as the Host Member State of DARIAH ERIC.\n(3)\nThe measures provided for in this Decision are in accordance with the opinion of the Committee established by Article 20 of Regulation (EC) No 723/2009,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
