  "heading": "SST data and SST information",
  "text": "The use and exchange of SST information released by the consortium and the use of SST data within the context of the SST support framework for the purposes of the implementation of the actions referred to in Article 4 shall be subject to the following rules:\n(a) unauthorised disclosure of data and information shall be prevented while allowing efficient operations and maximising the use of the generated information;\n(b) the security of SST data shall be ensured;\n(c) SST information and services shall be made available on a need-to-know basis to the recipients of the SST services defined in Article 5(2), in accordance with the instructions and security rules of the originator of the information and of the owner of the space object concerned.",
