# Council Decision of 8 September 2014 appointing a Spanish members and a Spanish alternate member of the Committee of the Regions (2014/654/EU), Article 1

The followingare hereby appointed to the Committee of the Regions for the remainder of the current term of office, which runs until 25 January 2015:
(a) as member:
Mr Alberto GARRE LÓPEZ, Presidente de la Comunidad Autónoma de la Región de Murcia
and
(b) as alternate member:
Mr Manuel PLEQUEZUELO ALONSO, Director-General de Participación Ciudadana, Unión Europea y Acción Exterior de la Comunidad Autónoma de la Región de Murcia.
