  "text": "Unless stated otherwise, the averaging periods associated with the BAT-AELs for emissions to air are defined as follows.\nDaily average\nAverage over a period of 24 hours based on valid hourly averages from continuous measurement\nAverage over the sampling period\nAverage value of three consecutive measurements of at least 30 minutes each\nYearly average\nIn the case of continuous measurement: average of all valid hourly averages. In the case of periodic measurements: average of all ‘averages over the sampling period’ obtained during one year.",
