  "text": "Decision 2012/642/CFSP is hereby amended as follows:\n(1) In Article 8, paragraph 2 is replaced by the following:\n‘2. This Decision shall apply until 31 October 2015. It shall be kept under constant review. It shall be renewed or amended, as appropriate, if the Council deems that its objectives have not been met.’.\n(2) The Annex is hereby amended as set out in the Annex to this Decision.",
