Division 5.2

Without prejudice to the competences of Bank of Portugal as banking supervisor of CGD, the CoCo repayment shall be, totally or partially, suspended if, on the basis of a reasoned request by CGD endorsed by the Monitoring Trustee, it is considered that it would endanger the solvency position of the Bank in the following years.
