  "text": "Council Decision\nof 21 October 2014\non the conclusion of an Agreement between the European Union and the Swiss Confederation concerning cooperation on the application of their competition laws\n(2014/866/EU)\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, and in particular Articles 103 und 352, in conjunction with Article 218(6)(a)(v) thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the European Commission,\nHaving regard to the consent of the European Parliament,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nIn accordance with Council Decision 2013/203/EU, the Agreement between the European Union and the Swiss Confederation concerning cooperation on the application of their competition laws was signed on 17 May 2013, subject to its conclusion.\n(2)\nThe Agreement should be approved,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
