  "heading": "Winding up",
  "text": "1. The winding up of JIV-ERIC shall follow a decision of the Council in accordance with Article 13(5)(d).\n2. Without undue delay and in any event within ten calendar days after adoption of the decision to wind up JIV-ERIC, JIV-ERIC shall notify the European Commission thereof.\n3. Assets remaining after payment of JIV-ERIC debts shall be apportioned among the Members in proportion to their accumulated annual contribution to JIV-ERIC as specified in Annex 2.\n4. Without undue delay and in any event within 10 days of the closure of the winding up procedure, JIV-ERIC shall notify the European Commission thereof.\n5. JIV-ERIC shall cease to exist on the day on which the European Commission publishes the appropriate notice in the Official Journal of the European Union.",
