  "text": "Commission Implementing Decision\nof 12 December 2014\non setting up the Joint Institute for Very Long Baseline Interferometry as a European Research Infrastructure Consortium (JIV-ERIC)\n(2014/923/EU)\nTHE EUROPEAN COMMISSION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 723/2009 of 25 June 2009 on the Community legal framework for a European Research Infrastructure Consortium (ERIC), and in particular point (a) of Article 6(1) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nThe French Republic, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, the Kingdom of Sweden and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland requested the Commission to set up the Joint Institute for Very Long Baseline Interferometry as a European Research Infrastructure Consortium (JIV-ERIC).\n(2)\nThose Member States have agreed that the Kingdom of the Netherlands will be the Host Member State of JIV-ERIC.\n(3)\nThe measures provided for in this Decision are in accordance with the opinion of the Committee established by Article 20 of Regulation (EC) No 723/2009,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
