  "text": "Implementing Decision 2013/770/EU is amended as follows:\n(1) Article 1 is replaced by the following:\n‘Establishment\nArticle 1 The Consumers, Health, Agriculture and Food Executive Agency (“the Agency”) is hereby established and shall replace and succeed the executive agency set up by Decision 2004/858/EC from 1 January 2014 until 31 December 2024, its statute being governed by Regulation (EC) No 58/2003.’;\n(2) in the first subparagraph of Article 3(1), the following point (d) is added:\n‘(d)\nthe information provision and promotion measures concerning agricultural products implemented in the internal market and in third countries.’.",
