  "text": "Council Decision (CFSP) 2015/1065\nof 2 July 2015\namending Joint Action 2005/889/CFSP on establishing a European Union Border Assistance Mission for the Rafah Crossing Point (EU BAM Rafah)\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 28, Article 42(4) and Article 43(2) thereof,\nHaving regard to the proposal from the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 25 November 2005, the Council adopted Joint Action 2005/889/CFSP.\n(2)\nOn 3 July 2014, the Council adopted Decision 2014/430/CFSP amending Joint Action 2005/889/CFSP and extending EU BAM Rafah until 30 June 2015.\n(3)\nFollowing the Strategic Review of EU BAM Rafah, the Mission should be extended for an additional period of 12 months, until 30 June 2016.\n(4)\nJoint Action 2005/889/CFSP should therefore be amended accordingly.\n(5)\nEU BAM Rafah will be conducted in the context of a situation which may deteriorate and could impede the achievement of the objectives of the Union's external action as set out in Article 21 of the Treaty,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
