  "text": "Council Implementing Decision (CFSP) 2015/1118\nof 9 July 2015\nimplementing Decision 2015/740/CFSP concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in South Sudan\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 31(2) thereof,\nHaving regard to Council Decision 2015/740/CFSP of 7 May 2015 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in South Sudan and repealing Decision 2014/449/CFSP, and in particular Article 9(1) and (2) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 7 May 2015 the Council adopted Decision 2015/740/CFSP.\n(2)\nOn 3 March 2015, the United Nations Security Council adopted Resolution (UNSCR) 2206 (2015) providing for restrictive measures in relation to persons and entities designated by the Security Council Committee established pursuant to paragraph 16 of that Resolution.\n(3)\nOn 1 July 2015, the Security Council Committee established pursuant to paragraph 16 of UNSCR 2206 (2015) included six persons to the list of individuals and entities subject to restrictive measures.\n(4)\nThe names of the two persons listed in Annex II to Decision 2015/740/CFSP should be removed from that Annex because of their designation by the UN Security Council Committee and should therefore be added to Annex I.\n(5)\nAnnexes I and II to Decision 2015/740/CFSP should be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
