# Council Decision (EU) 2015/1198 of 13 July 2015 on the position to be adopted on behalf of the European Union within the Joint Committee established by the Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters between the European Economic Community and the Principality of Andorra as regards the replacement of the Appendix to the Agreement concerning the definition of the concept of ‘originating products’ and methods of administrative cooperation, Paragraph 2: General conditions


For the purposes of implementing Article 11(1) of the Agreement, the following products shall be considered as originating in a Party:
(a) products wholly obtained in a Party, within the meaning of Article 4;
(b) products obtained in a Party incorporating materials which have not been wholly obtained there, provided that such materials have undergone sufficient working or processing in the Party concerned within the meaning of Article 5.
